TRUELICHT AN 7070 is new type Antioxidants compounds of primary

and secondary antioxidants, intended for polyolefins and particularly recycled polyolefins.

Application

* TRUELICHT AN 7070 can be used in food&medicine packing materials,soluble in Toluene,xylene,Ethyl acetate, insoluble in water, ethanol and methanol.

* TRUELICHT AN 7070 is effective compounds of primary and secondary antioxidants. It can be used individually without adding extra antioxidants.

TRUELICHT AN 7070 with below features

-Good performance in keep initial melting flow

-Good performance in long term thermal stability, particularly good for test system up to 220 celsius degree.

-Better weatherability and heat stability than traditional antioxidants compounds TRUELICHT AN 168 +TRUELICHT AN 1010. For same OIT, usage of TRUELICHT AN 7070 will be decreased by 30-50% than that of TRUELICHT AN B225(50%TRUELICHT AN 168+50% TRUELICHT AN 1010).

* TRUELICHT AN 7070 is particular intended for polyolefins and it’s copolymers, like polyethylene, polypropylene,polybutylene,EVA copolymers and also engineering plastics Polystyrene, TPU.

* TRUELICHT AN 7070 can be used together with UV absorber and light stabilizer to further improve weatherability of polymers.

* TRUELICHT AN 7070 particularly effective for polyolefin cables and recycled polyolefins cable, like carbon black masterbatch, PE cable sheath and insulation materials.

*Suggested concentration 0.1-0.5%
