Application

*TRUELICHT HEB is an effective UV-B sunscreen very soluble in cosmetic oils. Due to its high specific extinction and its excellent solubility is much more efficient than currently available UV filters.

*For example, a sun protection O/W emulsion containing 2% of TRUELICHT HEB  shows a SPF of 4 against a SPF of 2.5 obtained with an equal amount of Octyl Methoxycinnamate. TRUELICHT HEB can be used in every cosmetic formulation

containing a suitable lipidic phase, alone or in combination with one or more UV filters, such as: Homosalate, TRUELICHT BP-3,TRUELICHT UV 1789,TRUELICHT UV 3039, TRUELICHT MC 80 ,TRUELICHT UVA PLUS.

*TRUELICHT HEB can be dissolved in most cosmetic oils at very high concentration. To improve dissolution rate, we suggest to heat the oil phase up

to 70-80°C and add TRUELICHT HEB slowly under fast agitation.
